Cory Gomez


Meet the man behind it all; Cory Gomez. Cory was born and raised in Miami, Florida. His father is from Cuba, and his mother was born in Puerto Rico. He is truly blessed that his parents allowed him to be the first generation born in the United States. Cory decided to pursue his higher education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He graduated in 3 years with 2 degrees, one in Sports Management and the other in Sports Journalism. During his time receiving his college education, Cory worked three jobs. He worked at Tj Maxx, at a local newspaper, The Daily Hampshire Gazette, as a sports writer, and at his school's athletic department as an audio/video coordinator. The week before Cory graduated, he tore his ACL. Cory lost the job he had lined up after graduation. Soon after, he moved back to Miami, FL. That is when Cory started his career in June 2021. When the opportunity presented to expand the headquarters company, he opened a firm in Massachusetts. When asked why he started his company, he said, "How many times have we all worked jobs where there was no opportunity for our hard work to be rewarded? I wanted to change that and started my company to give others a place to enter a work environment where their voice is heard, where they are not just a statistic anymore. Most important though a site where anyone who walks through our doors, regardless of ethnicity, background, previous experience, or education, has a fair chance at success. The most inspiring part of my job is a being a positive influence. We all go through tough times, some more than others, but regardless, I can help create smiles and positive energy for those who need it the most." When Cory is not working hard, he is on a jet ski or trying new foods! He also enjoys watching sports and sometimes attending music festivals.

Andy Macias

Assistant Manager

Andy Macias, originally from Miami, Florida, is a dynamic individual with a vibrant background and a deep connection to his Cuban roots. On January 22, 2022, Andy joined Innerlight Marketing, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a passion for creating positive and welcoming environments. His journey started in customer service as a beach attendant, where he learned the importance of creating a warm and enjoyable atmosphere for guests. This experience laid the groundwork for his commitment to exceptional service. During his free time, Andy indulges in his love for video games and Anime, showcasing his diverse interests and adding a touch of creativity to his personality. However, it is his role at Inner Light Marketing that truly ignites his enthusiasm. He cherishes the company for its incredible team and the vibrant culture. He values the freedom to be oneself and the recognition of hard work, fostering an environment that encourages personal growth and authenticity. Hannah Maringa

Account Representative

Hannah Maringa, a dynamic professional with a global perspective, brings a wealth of experience and creativity to the team. Born in Mozambique and shaped by diverse cultural influences during 12 years in Ethiopia and 15 years in South Africa, Hannah's journey reflects a rich tapestry of experiences. Her academic journey is marked by a commitment to excellence. Hannah earned a BA Honors in Fashion Design and Luxury Marketing from a prestigious South African college. Furthering her education, she obtained a dual Masters in Business Administration and Masters of Science in International Marketing from Hult International Business School in Boston. In August 2023, Hannah joined Innerlight Marketing, leveraging her 5+ years of expertise in the fashion and luxury brand management sector. Her passion for creativity extends beyond the professional realm; she finds joy in drawing, painting, design, PlayStation gaming, and exploring the world through travel. What sets Hannah apart is not only her academic and professional achievements but also her vibrant personality. Hannah lives by the mantra, "If it's getting easier, then you're not doing enough to reach your goals and your full potential." As you embark on your journey with us, the Account Representative phase is crafted to immerse you in our program and develop essential skills through in-depth training sessions. You'll gain proficiency in executing in-store marketing campaigns, exceeding sales targets for our Fortune 500 Clients, all while prioritizing exceptional customer service and building meaningful connections with customers. As the first point of contact, you'll represent our clients in person, embodying their values and delivering outstanding service

As an Account Manager, you will lead a collaborative team tasked with overseeing multiple in-store marketing campaigns across the city. This role will hone your leadership abilities as you mentor team members in our Proven Marketing System. Your growth in this position will also contribute to our company's expansion efforts, where you'll play an essential role in developing new talent and advancing our company's goals.

As an Assistant Manager, your role transitions from front-line operations to encompass more behind-the-scenes responsibilities. You will begin training in payroll management, new talent acquisition, and administrative tasks. Additionally, you will learn to analyze data through Salesforce and Tableau. One of your main focuses as Assistant Manager will be planning for expansion. With globally recognized clients expecting us to align with their extensive presence, you'll learn to collaborate with clients and strategize expansion goals.

The Market Manager role begins with Brand Management. Market Managers oversee in-store marketing campaigns within their territory, ensuring alignment with our clients' standards, retail store expectations, and our own high standards.
